We’re known for sequencing that makes sense, systems that support real studio life, and meeting owners where they are — with respect for their capacity, their values, and the fact that they’re the heart of their business

Both of us came from corporate backgrounds before opening and growing our studio. That experience gave us a deep appreciation for systems, structure, and frameworks — and just as importantly, it showed us what we didn’t want.

Together, we don’t just talk about ideas. We help owners sort through the noise, prioritize what matters most, and either guide the strategy or step in and help implement — so progress doesn’t depend on having more time, energy, or willpower.

No. In many cases, the best place to start is our community. It’s a lower-pressure way to get support, perspective, and connection — and sometimes that’s all an owner needs.
If a conversation makes sense, we’ll recommend that. If it doesn’t, we won’t.

Do I have to book a call to work with you?

Most support models ask studio owners to add more — more calls, more homework, more time.
Our model is built around the reality that most owners already have limited bandwidth. Support is asynchronous when possible, grounded in real studio operations, and designed to take work off your plate when needed — not add to it.

What makes emPOWERed different from other consultants or programs?

No. This isn’t a traditional coaching program and it isn’t a high-touch consulting retainer either.
Our support is flexible and designed to fit real studio life. Sometimes that looks like community and perspective. Sometimes it’s strategic guidance. Sometimes it’s hands-on implementation. The goal is support that actually helps — without requiring constant calls or a big ongoing commitment.

Is this a coaching program?

Is this only for studios using certain software or platforms?

Yes — we do implementation when it makes sense.
Some owners want guidance and clarity. Others need help executing because time and energy are limited. We offer both, depending on what’s most supportive for you.

Do you actually do the implementation, or just advise?

We support studio owners with things like:

  • member journey sequencing
  • automations and workflows
  • KPIs and reporting
  • systems and operational cleanup
  • decision-making and prioritization


What kinds of things do you help with?

No. You don’t need to know that before coming to the site.
Some people join the community. Some book a call. Some start with a resource and come back later. All of those paths are valid.
Our role is to help you find the kind of support that makes things feel clearer and lighter — not to push you toward something you don’t need.


How do I know what the right next step is?

The application helps ensure the space stays thoughtful, relevant, and supportive for everyone in it.
It’s not about exclusivity — it’s about alignment and making sure this is actually a good fit for you and the group.

Why is the community application-based?

It’s a space for studio owners to share perspective, ask questions, and learn from one another — without noise, pressure, or performance. Some members engage often. Others read quietly and take what’s helpful. Both are welcome.


What is the community like?

Sometimes that’s strategic guidance. Sometimes it’s implementation. Often it’s a mix of both.

Yes. We currently run Rising Goddess Fitness, and the systems, sequencing, and decisions we support others with are things we actively use and refine in our own business.
This work is grounded in real studio life, not theory.
